Deliveries are made every morning as per your subscription plan.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to selected areas and localities.
To check if we deliver to your address, please enter your PIN code on our website or contact our support team.
If your area is not yet serviceable, we’ll notify you once we start deliveries in your region.
Delivery Schedule

Customers are requested to keep milk containers or bottles ready at their doorstep if they’ve opted for bottle refill delivery.

In case of apartment or gated society delivery restrictions, customers should ensure entry permissions for our delivery team.

We deliver in all weather conditions, including rain, fog, cold, or heat. -
However, in extremely rare situations such as:

Natural calamities (like floods, earthquakes, or government restrictions), or

Situations beyond human control (roadblocks, safety issues, or emergencies),

delivery might be delayed or rescheduled. In such cases, we will inform you in advance through SMS, WhatsApp, or email and ensure the milk is delivered as soon as possible.
Change in Delivery Address

If your address is outside our coverage, your order may be canceled, and any advance payment refunded within 5–7 business days.
